Services Process
1. Drop Off And Pick Up
While making a booking, a loan car can be arranged. (Fees & Conditions Apply)
2. Inspection And Quote
An inspection and a quote will be provided to you in an email, text or phone call, once accepted, we will then carry out the necessary repairs. Quote will only be valid for 7 days due to stock availability and pricing.
3. Duration of Servicing
While servicing your vehicle, we will be in contact if the time of repair or additional items is required.
4. Tidy Up Your Ride
We will provide complimentary car wash (if no water restriction) and general interior cleaning.
5. Loan Car Return & Vehicle Collection
Upon returning the loan car, please fill-up the amount used accordingly and we shall have your vehicle ready for collection.
6. Payment
Debit / Credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex*.
*Amex will occur an additional 1.55% surcharge.
