How long will my service take?
A service can take from approximately 2 hours up to a day, depending on whether we have the parts on hand or can order them in quickly and whether your vehicle is due for a minor or major service.
Do you provide loan cars while my car is being serviced?
Yes, we can offer a Loan Car hire option (at additional charge) so you can get to work or run errands whilst your car is being serviced. We also offer a convenient local drop off and pick up service.
Will servicing my car at DBlock Automotive void my new car warranty?
No, under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 you have the freedom to have your car serviced by any service provider. A vehicle manufacturer can’t specify a particular dealer nor void a warranty if a vehicle is serviced outside the dealer network.
What is the difference between genuine, OEM and aftermarket parts?
A genuine part - A part that was originally put in the vehicle when it was new and has the car manufacturer’s logo on it.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) - A part built by the same company that built the original product for the car manufacturer but doesn’t have the car maker’s logo.
Aftermarket part - A part for a vehicle that is not sourced from the car’s maker and is generally cheaper.
